Easy verification of your clients via PIN code. Clients can generate a support pin at the client area and provide the pin to your live chat or telephone support so they can identificate the customer and verify that the person is the legitimate client. The PIN will expire after a configurable time frame.

In version 2.0 the appearance of the sidebar was completely revised, in the module configuration you can now choose between 2 different themes. You can also define on which pages the sidebar widget should appear. For example, on product pages, in the client profile, etc.

The module uses AJAX, the customer generates the PIN without reloading the page and the table in the admin area also updates automatically.
