    Dear maxkinon,

    I am writing to inform you that I am unable to download the plugin from your website. I have tried multiple times and followed the instructions, but I keep encountering errors.

    I have already purchased the app and would like to access it as soon as possible. Could you please provide me with some guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue?

    Go to the login page for your account.
    Enter your username and password.
    Click the “Login” button to access your account.
    Once you are logged in, you can navigate to the download page and download the file from there.
